Thomas Fuschl

Thomas Fuschl has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Director People and Culture Business Partners for Joint Ventures and Growth Projects, CFO, and M&A at Borealis since September 2006. In this role, Thomas leads a global HR Services Team, overseeing HR Operations, Rewards and Benefits, and Employee Mobility across the Borealis Group. Additionally, Thomas supports the CEO and CFO leadership teams on strategic P&C matters and is a member of the Group Ethics Committee and HR Leadership Team. Past roles include Country HR Manager for Central and Eastern Europe and Compensation and Benefits Manager, alongside prior positions at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and the Austrian Parliament. Thomas holds a Master's degree in Human Resources, Banking, and Marketing from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
