Zhanar Idelbayeva

Zhanar Idelbayeva, MBA, MSc, is a highly experienced professional in global compensation and benefits management, currently serving as the Global Compensation & Benefits Manager at Borealis since August 2022. Zhanar has previously held significant roles such as Head of Global Compensation & Benefits at ANDRITZ, where implementation of bonus calculations and project management for SAP SF were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes serving as a Rewards Business Partner at Novartis for various regions and as a Total Rewards Analyst at DXC Technology, focusing on benefit design across the EMEA region. Zhanar also has a strong foundation in compensation analysis and benefits administration from earlier positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP, alongside extensive HR experience from Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty. Zhanar holds an MBA in General Management from City University of Seattle and a Master’s Degree in Pharmacy from Almaty State Medical Institute.
