Jemina Bonsdorff is a Senior Associate at Borenius since May 2015, specializing in contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters, with a focus on IP litigation, trademarks, and copyright, alongside technology and commercial contracts. Prior to this role, Jemina completed a one-year court training at the District Court of Itä-Uusimaa as a Trainee District Judge, where over 200 individual cases were handled, enhancing knowledge in procedural, criminal, and civil law. Additionally, experience includes positions as a Senior Legal Trainee at Eversheds Sutherland Finland and a Junior Legal Trainee at Attorneys-at-Law Juridia Ltd.
