Magdalena Straub

Magdalena Straub has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Magdalena started their career in 2004 as an Administration Specialist at Saint-Gobain Construction Products Polska / BPB Plasterboard Rigips. Magdalena then moved on to become a Process Improvement Coordinator at Saint-Gobain Construction Products Polska in 2011. In 2014, they joined BORG Automotive Reman, where they assumed various roles such as Head of HR & Administration and Group Operations HR Director. Currently, Magdalena holds the position of Group Director of People & Purpose at BORG Automotive Reman.

Magdalena Straub pursued their Master's degree in International and Political Studies, with a focus on Economic and Political International Relations, from the University of Lodz. Magdalena attended the university from 1997 to 2001.
