Aldo Melpignano

Aldo Melpignano is a Co-Founder of EGNAZIA - Ospitalità Italiana since December 2022, focusing on high-end hotel management in Italy. In addition, Aldo serves as Co-Owner of Borgo Egnazia and Development Director for San Domenico Hotels, a company that owns hotels and a golf course in Italy and England. Previous experience includes the role of Business Development Director at Morgans Hotel Group, where responsibilities involved analyzing acquisition and development opportunities. Earlier positions included summer associate at Capella Hotel Group, marketing executive at IP - Gruppo api, and investment banking analyst at Credit Suisse and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Aldo holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Real Estate from The Wharton School, OPM 56 & 61 from Harvard Business School, a BSc in Business Studies from Bayes Business School, and completed an executive education program at Harvard Business School in Authentic Leadership Development.
