Dave Hasson

Dave Hasson is an accomplished tax executive with extensive experience in international tax planning and management. Currently serving as Vice President - Tax at BorgWarner since January 2013, Dave has previously held significant roles including Vice President - International Tax Planning at Tyco Electronics, Vice President of Tax at Bausch & Lomb, and Senior Vice President of Tax at Limited Brands. With a strong foundation in global tax strategies, Dave's career spans over three decades, beginning as a Senior Tax Manager at Touche Ross & Company and progressing through various management positions at General Electric and GE Healthcare. Dave holds an MBA in Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
