Marcus Hartwig is currently the Chief Engineer for Global NVH Power Drive Systems at BorgWarner Inc., a position held since 2019. Previously, they worked at Chrysler Group LLC, where they contributed to the NVH development of the Pentastar V6 engine as a Powertrain Development Engineer and later served as Team Lead for Powertrain NVH. They managed Powertrain NVH Development from 2012 to 2019. Earlier in their career, Hartwig was a Senior Project Engineer at FEV from 2003 to 2010. They hold a Master of Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Internal Combustion Engines from Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule Aachen and are currently pursuing an additional Master's degree in the same field at RWTH Aachen University.
