Mitchl Buck

Mitchl Buck is an experienced operations manager currently overseeing production, quality, and safety at Waldoch, a custom truck and van conversion company. With ten years of experience in engineering and operations, they have held key roles at Polaris Inc., where they led the powertrain assembly team and improved manufacturing processes. Mitchl also has previous experience as a manufacturing engineer at Silver King Refrigeration and as an intern at both Polaris and MnDot. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with an Emphasis in Mechanical from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and are a Solidworks Certified engineer.
