Navdeep Singh Sodhi

Navdeep Singh Sodhi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in system and testing processes, currently serving as the Global Head - System| Testing at BorgWarner since October 2010. Sodhi has held various leadership positions within the company, focusing on defining and overseeing system and test processes while managing skilled teams. Prior to BorgWarner, Sodhi was a Team Leader and Design Engineer at Mando, contributing to engineering process setup and algorithm design using Matlab/Simulink and VHDL. Educational qualifications include a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management from the Chartered Management Institute, alongside an MS/Mtech in Electronics Engineering and a BS/Btech in Computer Science Engineering from PTU/SJU, as well as a diploma in Hardware Engineering from Punjab Technical University.
