Prashanth Balachandran is an experienced NVH Manager with 9.5 years in NVH testing and acoustics CAE. They have led a team of six engineers in the NVH Testing Group at Maruti Suzuki India Ltd and contributed to the development of five vehicle models while being responsible for NVH target setting and pass-by noise testing. With overseas experience at Suzuki Motor Corporation in Japan, Prashanth has authored two SAE technical papers and earned a Bachelor of Technology in Automobile Engineering from Kerala University and a Master’s Degree in Automotive Engineering from Coventry University, UK. Currently, they serve as the NVH Engineering & Process Manager at BorgWarner.
