Aprn Dr. Thomas Schlepko Dnp, Fnp, Pmhnp (Tom)

Dr. Thomas (Tom) Schlepko DNP, APRN, FNP, PMHNP is an experienced Nurse Practitioner currently employed at Borinquen Health Care Center since February 2021 and serves as an Adjunct Professor at Barry University and a Visiting Professor at Chamberlain University. In addition to providing mentorship at Miami Rescue Mission/Broward Outreach Centers, Dr. Schlepko co-founded and directed Health and Wellness Creations, aimed at enhancing health and wellness in local and global communities from 2017 to 2021. Educational achievements include a DNP and MSN from the University of Miami, various advanced training at Duke University, and current participation in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher Training Practicum at UC San Diego. With a commitment to integrative healthcare, Dr. Schlepko has cultivated expertise in clinical nutrition, functional medicine, and acupuncture for physicians.
