Claudia Winder

Claudia Winder has extensive experience in grant management and program coordination, currently serving as the Grants Manager at Borinquen Health Care Center since September 2008. In this role, Claudia has successfully identified and researched grant opportunities, developed proposals, and ensured compliance with funder requirements. Previously, Claudia was the Special Programs Coordinator, overseeing the Healthy Start and TOPWA programs in Miami, managing a team of fifteen, and fostering partnerships. Additionally, Claudia has been a licensed real estate agent with Royal Realty since 2005. Claudia holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from Antioch University and a Bachelor of Science in History from California State University, Northridge.
