Carsten Rasche

Carsten Rasche is a seasoned professional in the fields of retail and agile transformation, currently serving as Business Owner Retail & Agile Scaling and Executive Consultant at borisgloger consulting GmbH since 2016. Rasche has led several significant projects, including the coaching of retail transformation teams, the establishment of organization-wide transformation teams in finance, and the design of training programs for over 100 ScrumMasters. Prior to this role, Rasche gained experience as a Project Manager at Lebensnah e.V., an HR Strategy and Organization Intern at Kienbaum, and a Graduate Intern at SAP.
