Mauricio Sauma

Mauricio Sauma is the current Center Head in Costa Rica at BORN Group. Prior to this, they were the Site Director at Cheetah Digital from June 2017 to January 2020. Mauricio has also held the position of Director Americas Finance Center at Emerson Network Power from September 2011 to May 2017, and Finance Manager at Kraft Foods Group from September 2009 to September 2011. Mauricio began their career at Intel Corporation in September 2005, where they worked as the Asset Management Manager until February 2009. Mauricio then spent a year as the Program Administrator at Close Up Foundation from January 2004 to August 2005.

Mauricio Sauma's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts from Davidson College and a Master of Business Administration with a focus in MBA from Aden Business School. Mauricio also has various certifications from Coursera in topics such as data science, orientation to data science, and corporate entrepreneurship. Furthermore, they are certified by CertiProf in Scrum Foundation and Scrum Master Professional.

Mauricio Sauma reports to Sandeep Kulkarni, President. They are on a team with Madhu Madhavan - Global Head of ERP, Reji James - Head of NA Managed Services, and Nick Piper - SVP, Operations.
