Pranali Khachane Valsangkar is an experienced design professional with a strong background in user experience (UX) and design consultancy. As Associate Director of UX and Associate Creative Director at BORN Group since May 2021, Pranali leads design initiatives and strategies. Pranali founded 2dot47 consulting in May 2015, focusing on design consultancy, team setup, and thought leadership. As Co-Founder of Gurumantra Academics Pvt. Ltd. and Customer Experience Lead at Three UK through Techmahindra, Pranali contributed to significant digital transformation projects. Previous positions include Lead Usability Analyst at Fiserv and Senior Interaction Designer at Design For Use. With a robust educational foundation, including a PGDPD in Information and Interface Design from the National Institute of Design and executive education from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, Pranali combines technical expertise with innovative design thinking.
