Thaïs Montjean is a seasoned professional in strategy and digital marketing with extensive experience in the luxury and beauty sectors. Currently serving as Head of Strategy for the EMEA region at BORN Group, Thaïs established the inaugural Strategy Department to enhance business development and innovation through strategic insights. Previous roles include Director of Marketing and Content Strategy, working with prestigious clients such as Cartier and Swarovski, and co-founder of D'Art Agency, a digital creative advertising firm. Thaïs also led consultancy initiatives through Thaïs Montjean Ltd, focusing on clienteling, innovation, and strategy for high-profile brands including LVMH and Estée Lauder. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Marketing from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne.
