Rachel Martin

Rachel Martin has a strong background in communications and leadership roles. Their most recent position is as the COO & Director of Campaigns at the Born This Way Foundation. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Do Big Things. Rachel also worked as an Independent Consultant in 2020. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Chief of Staff to the Chief Financial Officer at Kamala Harris For The People and Deputy Executive Director at the Born This Way Foundation. Rachel also worked at DKC as a Vice President, the Office of the Mayor of New York City as an Assistant Press Secretary, New Yorkers for de Blasio as Deputy Communications Director, and the Office of the New York City Public Advocate as a Special Assistant.
