Christine Serrano Glassner

Christine Serrano Glassner currently serves as Mayor of Mendham since January 2019 and has been a Borough Councilwoman since January 2017. Christine co-founded and serves as Chief Operating Officer of C and M Transcontinental, an advisory firm specializing in government affairs, strategic communications, and market development. Christine's previous experience includes work as an Account Executive at Whitlock, where new business was developed in technology solutions, and as Regional Advocate for the U.S. Small Business Administration, where efforts were focused on small business legislation and communications. Christine also held the position of Senior Vice President for New Market Development at the NYS Empire State Development Corporation from 1998 to 2006.
