Anna Cairns

Anna Cairns currently serves as Director of People at Robert Gordon's College and Co-Chair of the Harvard Club UK Scotland, in addition to being a board member of the Harvard Club UK. With extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles, Anna has held positions such as Chief People Officer at Music Tribe, Head of Talent and Leadership Development at Neptune Energy, and Global HR Director at Borr Drilling. Prior experience includes Digital HR Transformation Lead at Shell, where Anna managed a company-wide transformation initiative, and Business Strategy Manager at Brunei Shell Petroleum. Anna holds an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master’s in Occupational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam, among other educational qualifications.
