Jo Russell

Jo Russell currently serves as the HRIS and BA Manager at Borr Drilling, overseeing the Workday HRIS team and focusing on process and automation improvements. Prior to this role, Jo held positions such as Human Resources Project Manager at Quotient Sciences, where the implementation of Dayforce HRIS was led. Experience also includes HRIS Implementation Manager at Future and various human resources roles at Astellas Europe and Baker Hughes, where global project management and HR system implementations were key responsibilities.
