Amruta Karmarkar

Amruta Karmarkar currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering at Borrowell since February 2022. Prior to this role, Amruta held the position of Director of Engineering at Better.com from February 2020 to February 2022. Amruta's extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Turbonomic as Vice President of Engineering and Senior Director of Engineering, and at Dell EMC as Sr. Manager of Software Engineering. Amruta began their career at EMC SMARTS as Software Engineering Manager and held various positions at EMC, including Staff Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer. Amruta Karmarkar earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from Columbia Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Pune Institute of Computer Technology.
