Weibin(Roy) Luo

Weibin(Roy) Luo has a diverse work experience. Weibin(Roy) began their career in 2015 as a Senior Test Analyst Coop at CIBC, where they were experienced with the full system testing cycle, displayed strong communication skills, and created and performed test cases accurately. In 2017, they joined TribalScale as a Software Developer, where they implemented the broadcasting feature on Amazon Alexa with Nodejs, created the monthly payment plan system for Triplets with React, and developed two new features for CIBC150 mobile app in React Native. In 2019, they became a React Native Developer at IBM. Currently, they are a Senior Mobile Developer and Mobile Application Developer at Borrowell.

Weibin (Roy) Luo obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from the University of Toronto Scarborough from 2013 to 2018, specializing in Computer Science (Coop) and Statistics. Weibin(Roy) also holds certifications from IBM in Test-Driven Development (TDD), Blockchain Essentials, Docker Essentials, and IBM Cloud Kubernetes Service, all obtained in 2020.
