Mark’s commitment to quality and innovation has allowed Borton-Lawson to expand its transportation operations and focus on challenging projects throughout the Northeast. His strong attention to detail and technical proficiency ensures projects get completed on time and within budget. In addition to his project management duties, Mark also provides technical direction and leadership to his team to foster a culture of continuous improvement known as Total Quality Management (TQM).
