Monica Marshalonis

Monica Marshalonis is Borton-Lawson’s Human Resources Director.

In her role, Monica oversees Borton-Lawson’s talent acquisition, recruitment, and employee development efforts. She is also a key driver of several committees, including Borton-Lawson’s High-Performance Culture initiative.

Monica has more than 15 years experience and earned her B.S. in Education from King’s College along with post-graduate education in Organizational Management from Misericordia University. She also holds additional certifications through the Society of Human Resources Management.

Ms. Marshalonis is a 2017 graduate of the Leadership Wilkes-Barre program.
