Mike Hampton

Mike Hampton is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in manufacturing and project management. Currently serving as the Maintenance and Engineering Manager at Borusan Berg Steel Pipe Corp since August 2011, Mike has previously held roles including Maintenance/Project Engineer. Prior to this, Mike worked as a Manufacturing Engineer and Assistant Engineering Manager at NSK, providing technical support for machining and heat treat lines, and managing new model quotes. Their career also includes significant contributions as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Delphi Automotive Systems, where Mike managed compressor manufacturing projects and maintained documentation for quality standards. Mike's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Visteon and engineering positions at Ford Motor Company, where responsibilities encompassed design and manufacturing support for HVAC systems and compressors.
