Jasmin Heuermann

Jasmin Heuermann is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as Stellvertretende Direktorin Personal at Borussia Dortmund since February 2018, after holding the position of Personalreferentin focusing on personnel selection and development. Prior to this, Jasmin worked as a Trainee at Feedbackpeople Managementberatung GmbH from February 2016 to January 2018 and gained valuable experience as a Wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft at the Institut für Arbeitswissenschaft at Ruhr-Universität Bochum between October 2014 and September 2017. Educationally, Jasmin holds a Master of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie and a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie, both from Ruhr University Bochum, completed between 2012 and 2018.
