Sarah Li

Sarah Li is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in corporate and investment accounting. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Accounting at Bosa Properties since October 2013, Sarah oversees a team responsible for consolidated financial reporting, budgeting, and annual audits for over 280 active entities. In May 2024, Sarah transitioned to also lead the Investment Accounting team, focusing on portfolio financial reporting and capital management. Previous roles include Controller and Assistant Controller at Bosa Properties, and Financial Reporting Manager at Ledingham McAllister, where oversight of complex group financial statements was key. Sarah began a career in accounting as a Senior Associate at James Stafford Chartered Professional Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University.
