Elena Lesyuk

Elena Lesyuk is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment, staff development, and training across multiple organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager at Bosal since 2020, Elena has also held the position of Recruitment and Development Specialist at Magna Exteriors since 2013, focusing on recruitment processes, staff adaptation, and organizing education and training. Previously, Elena worked at HEINEKEN from 2012 to 2013 in a similar role, developing personnel development plans and conducting various trainings. Additionally, Elena has extensive experience as a Corporate Trainer at VimpelCom in Russia from 2004 to 2012, where responsibilities included organizing education, conducting trainings, and creating educational materials.
