Viviana Stefanova

Viviana Stefanova currently serves as the Partner Manager for IT Services at Bosch Digital Bulgaria, a position held since January 2023, where responsibilities include building and managing a portfolio of regional CEE partners, negotiating contracts, and overseeing external sourcing requests. Previously, Viviana was a Partner Manager at Bosch.IO from January 2020 to December 2022, and prior to that, held roles in human resources at Bosch Software Innovations and BrightPoint Bulgaria, focusing on full life-cycle recruitment and HR administration. Early career experiences include recruitment consulting and a teaching position at a private kindergarten.
