Bhaskara Srihari V. began their career as a Management Trainee at ABB in 1997. In 1998, they joined Bosch Global Software Technologies as a Software Engineer, where they developed products for the Medical Infotainment industry. Bhaskara Srihari then moved up to the role of Software Architect, responsible for requirements engineering, architectural design, and customer interfacing. In 2010, they became an Expert and later a Chief Expert, leading the Centre of Excellence for Microsoft Technologies at Bosch, focusing on emerging technologies and solution architecture. From 2015 to 2017, they also worked on innovation and product development in the healthcare and automotive aftermarket domains. In 2018, they became the Chief of technology for Digital Products and Platforms, overseeing consultancy, architecture, and development of IoT products and platforms. Currently, Bhaskara is serving as the Chief Expert at Bosch, specializing in technology evangelization, building technology communities, and exploring areas such as 5G, Web 3.0, and the Metaverse. Additionally, they have experience at BSH Home Appliances Group as a Project Manager, where they worked on bespoke development for Tecnomatix products.

Bhaskara Srihari V. began their education in 1989 at Government Polytechnic College, Narsipatnam, India, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering in 1993. From 1993 to 1997, they attended the National Institute of Technology Warangal, earning an Engineer's Degree in B.Tech - Electronics & Communication Engineering. In 2016, they pursued studies in Design Thinking at MIT Sloan School of Management. In 2020, they furthered their education in Product Management at the Institute of Product Leadership. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including Product Management Fundamentals from the Institute of Product Leadership in 2020 and the TOGAF Standard certification in 2022. Bhaskara Srihari also holds certifications in areas such as Generative AI, Microsoft technologies, and presentation skills.
