Wayne Rodgers

Wayne Rodgers has extensive experience in design and engineering, currently serving as a Design Specialist at Bosch Home Comfort USA since August 2025, following a similar role at Johnson Controls. Prior to these positions, Wayne worked at ClimateMaster, Inc. as a Pro-E Designer, and held designer roles at Baker Hughes and GE Oil & Gas, focusing on natural gas compression packaging units and equipment. Earlier career experience includes over seven years at Cameron, where responsibilities included designing gas compression equipment and creating detailed drawings. Wayne began as an Engineering Technician at Beams Industries, specializing in materials inspection and modeling. Education includes coursework in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas. Wayne is also trained as a Six Sigma Greenbelt and Emergency First Responder.
