Izabela Pipka

Izabela Pipka is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as HR Director at Bosch Polska since July 2017, Izabela previously held the position of Dyrektor HR at Benefit Systems SA from April 2015 to June 2017, and earlier worked as HR Director and HRBP at Bosch Polska from January 2013 to March 2015. Prior to these roles, Izabela worked at Bertelsmann AG, Świat Ksiażki Sp. z o.o. for 15 years as HR Manager, where responsibilities included implementing personnel policies and managing recruitment processes. Izabela's career began at Telekomunikacja Polska SA as a psychologist, providing psychological analysis and leading workshops for employees. Izabela holds a Master’s degree in Work and Stress Psychology from Uniwersytet Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie and a postgraduate degree in Social Potential Management and Personal Consulting from Międzynarodowa Szkoła Managerów. Additionally, Izabela completed a program at IMD in 2016.
