Rui Barros

Rui Barros is currently serving as Section Manager and R&D Optical Expert for Head-Up Displays at Bosch Portugal. Prior to this, Rui worked as an Adaptive Optics Scientist at Fraunhofer IOSB and as a Senior R&D Optics Specialist at ELI - Extreme Light Infrastructure. Rui also has experience as an Optical Researcher at the University of Minho and as an Area Manager/Optics at Negocios Visuais, Lda. Rui holds a Master's degree in Astronomy (Optical Instrumentation for Astronomy) from Universidade do Porto and a Licentiate degree in Applied Physics - Optics from Universidade do Minho.
