Litoslawa Krol

Litoslawa Krol currently serves as the Global Senior Manager of Engineering Strategy and Innovation Projects at Bosch Power Tools, where responsibilities include developing and implementing R&D strategies for product and packaging portfolios while leading a team of Project Managers focused on cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, Litoslawa held various leadership positions at 3M, including EMEA Supply Chain Leader for the Automotive Aftermarket Division, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and EMEA Supply Chain and Manufacturing Leader for the Personal Safety Division, where significant achievements included streamlining supply chains and enhancing operational efficiency. Litoslawa began a career as a Product Manager at CeDo sp. z o.o., coordinating technical development and project planning. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Management from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business and additional studies at Warsaw University of Technology.
