Amy Cronin

Amy Cronin has over two decades of experience in the fields of customer service and operations management. Currently serving as Director of Regional Logistics at Bosch Security and Safety Systems since 2003, Amy has held various roles including Manager of Sales Operations and multiple managerial positions in customer service. Prior to this, Amy worked at Verizon Wireless in customer service from March 1999 to March 2003. Amy holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business/Managerial Economics and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from SUNY Empire State College.
