Linda Dreßen

Linda Dreßen has extensive work experience in human resources, primarily at Bosch. Linda started their career as an Assistant to the Head of Department at Galeria Kaufhof GmbH in 2008 and worked there until 2011. Linda then joined Bosch Automotive Products Co., Ltd. as an Intern Project Purchasing from October 2011 to March 2012. Linda continued their journey at Bosch as a Working Student from June 2012 to February 2013 and later as a Thesis Student in Human Resources from March 2013 to August 2013. Linda then moved on to Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, where they worked as an HR Business Partner from January 2014 to March 2016. Linda returned to Bosch and served as a Senior HR Business Partner from April 2016 to January 2022. Linda then took on the role of Senior Manager HR (People & Leadership) from January 2022 to April 2023. Currently, Linda is the Head of Human Resources at Bosch Sensortec GmbH, starting in April 2023.

Linda Dreßen holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Business & Intercultural Management from Hochschule Heilbronn - Hochschule für Technik, Wirtschaft und Informatik. Linda also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW). Linda obtained their Abitur from Hohenstaufen Gymnasium Eberbach. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a NeuroMindfulness Coach - Senior Practitioner from the NeuroMindfulness Institute in 2023.
