Cristina Constantinescu

Cristina Constantinescu has over 15 years of experience in human resources, specializing in global HR processes and talent management at Bosch Service Solutions since January 2009. As an HR People Senior Expert, Cristina leads strategic people projects focusing on retention, engagement, and diversity while collaborating with Bosch Corporate HR and other divisions. Prior roles include HR Business Partner, Recruitment Manager, Learning and Development Manager, and Trainer/Training Coordinator, where responsibilities ranged from onboarding and performance management to developing training programs. Earlier experiences as a trainer at Quadros and Quanta Human Resources involved delivering specialized training in MS Office and communication, while foundational training occurred at the Romanian-Swiss Multimedia Institute. Cristina holds a degree in Geography from The West University of Timisoara and a high school diploma in foreign languages.
