Vivek Kadal

Vivek Kadal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, transformation, and product engineering within the Bosch organization. Currently serving as the Strategy and Transformation Lead at Bosch Software and Digital Solutions since February 2025, Vivek previously held the position of Center Head at Bosch Polska, overseeing operations and strategy for Bosch Global Software Technologies from July 2021 to January 2025. With a strong background in leadership roles, Vivek has driven growth and efficiency in various capacities, including Director of Product Engineering and Head of Marketing at Bosch Global Software Technologies. Earlier career experiences include business development at Robert Bosch GmbH, management trainee roles, and product management at BASF India. Vivek holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Ramaiah Institute of Technology.
