Jaime de Guzman

Jaime De Guzman is currently the Lead Finance Program in Finance Strategy and Transformation at GCash (Mynt - Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc.) since October 2022. Previously, Jaime served as the Associate Vice President in the Office of the Secretary General at Ateneo CODE from August 2019 to August 2022, where responsibilities included establishing a data warehouse, spearheading information dissemination among 130 members, and developing organizational tools through data analysis. Additionally, Jaime worked as a Consultant for Organizational Development and Empowerment, engaging in a six-month training program and addressing client organizational needs. A brief tenure as a Treasury Intern at RCBC in June 2021 involved analyzing macroeconomic factors for asset portfolio management and evaluating government securities. Jaime holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Ateneo de Manila University, completed in August 2022.
