Alexander Wurbs

Alexander Wurbs has extensive experience in manufacturing engineering, currently serving as Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Bosch since April 2016, following roles as Senior Manager and project leader for sensor manufacturing in new brake systems. Prior to this, Alexander held positions as a Diploma Student focusing on production structures for traction batteries and a Student Assistant at Fraunhofer IPT, developing high-performance cutting technologies. Earlier internships and assistant roles included complexity management at Bosch and corporate development at Werkzeugmaschinenlabor. Alexander holds a Master of Science in Production Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, complemented by an international academic experience at Istanbul Technical University.
