Juan Guevara

Juan Guevara serves as the Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Mercury Systems since February 2023, overseeing manufacturing engineering for aerospace and military products across five locations. With extensive experience in operational management and engineering, Juan has held key positions including Director of Operations at CommScope, where responsibilities included a new plant startup, and SMT Group Manager at Panasonic Automotive, overseeing 26 SMT lines. Previous roles also encompass operations management at Gentherm, technical management at Johnson Controls, and various positions at Panasonic Automotive Systems and Methode Electronics. Juan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics from Tecnológico de Monterrey and advanced certifications in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
