Dr. Stefan Junker

Dr. Stefan Junker is an experienced leader in process development and technology management, currently serving as the Director of Process Development and Technology Management at Bosch since February 2013. In this role, Dr. Junker leads an international expert team specializing in functional and leakage testing across multiple locations and manages the testing technology portfolio for Power Solutions. Previously, Dr. Junker was a Senior Manager in Assembly Automation within Corporate Research, focusing on collaborative robotics and connected assembly systems. Prior experience includes roles at Baumüller Nürnberg GmbH, where Dr. Junker held multiple positions including Director of Manufacturing Motors, and at Lehrstuhl FAPS as a Scientific Assistant, culminating in a PhD focused on robotics and assembly processes. Dr. Junker earned a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Production Engineering from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
