Natasa Jankovic

Natasa Jankovic has diverse experience in communication and project management, beginning with a role at bigFM as a Mitarbeiterin Redaktion und Moderation, focusing on online communication and influencer marketing from February to August 2014. Later, at Bosch from July 2019 to June 2021, Natasa served as a Junior Project Manager for Leadership Development and Communication, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of strategies to foster leadership culture in a digital context. Additionally, Natasa contributed to project and communication management in leadership culture and transformation within HR by creating an interactive learning app, and has taken on the role of Change and Project Manager at Bosch Corporate Learning, emphasizing user-oriented change and development. Natasa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anglistik/Amerikanistik and Media and Communication Studies from Universität Mannheim and a Master of Science in International Management focusing on Change Management from Steinbeis-Hochschule School of Management and Innovation.
