Oliver Lauer is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in sensor technology. At Bosch Sensortec GmbH, Oliver held various leadership roles from January 2021 to June 2022, including Gruppenleiter Serien- und Fertigungsbetreuung, where responsibilities included managing inertial and environmental sensors, leading variant projects, and conducting data analytics. Oliver also served as Abteilungsleiter and Teamleiter for the testing and characterization of inertial sensors, overseeing an 18-engineer team and managing project and resource planning. Prior roles included Sensor Expert Inertial Sensors, focusing on the characterization and testing of multiple sensor generations.
