Raymond Francis

Raymond Francis has extensive experience in training and instructional design, currently serving as the Training Manager at Bosch since June 2011, focusing on technology and methodology trainings. Prior roles at Bosch include Learning Space Manager and Senior Learning Consultant. Before joining Bosch, Raymond worked at Aptara Learning Pvt Ltd as a Senior Learning Consultant and Team Lead, and held the position of Senior Instructional Designer at Invidya Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Raymond began a professional career as an Instructional Designer at Metalearn Services Pvt Ltd and as an Instructional Writer prior to that. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Medical Transcriptionist at Accentia Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Raymond holds a B-Tech degree in Information Technology from Thiruvalluvar College of Engineering and Technology, completed in 2004, and received an initial education at SDV Higher Secondary School in Alappuzha from 1986 to 1998.
