Philip Sicuso

Philip Sicuso is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in government relations, business advisory, and gaming law. Currently serving as a Partner at Bose McKinney & Evans LLP and a Principal at Bose Public Affairs Group since July 2019, Philip previously held the positions of Partner and Of Counsel at Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP from October 2010 to July 2019. Notably, Philip served as General Counsel for the Indiana Gaming Commission from February 2005 to October 2010 and gained early experience as an Associate at Barnes & Thornburg LLP and as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Edward F. Harrington at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Philip holds a Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame.
