Scott Tarter

Scott Tarter is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as a Partner and member of the Executive Committee at Bose McKinney & Evans LLP since January 2005. Tarter leads the International Law Practice Group and also holds the position of Founder and CEO at Lana Sports, LLC since December 2017. Additionally, Tarter is a Co-Founder and CEO of the Dropping Dimes Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the healthcare and daily needs of former ABA players. Prior experience includes partnership at Henderson Daily Withrow & DeVoe from June 1988 to December 2004. Tarter earned a J.D. from Indiana University Bloomington and holds a degree from DePauw University.
