Seth Thomas

Seth Thomas is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and counsel roles. Currently a Partner at Bose McKinney & Evans LLP since November 2019, Seth advises clients on complex legal disputes involving significant sums, with expertise in environmental cleanup, insurance coverage, technology development, class action suits, and contract claims. Prior to this, Seth served as Associate General Counsel at DEFENDERS, providing strategic guidance on customer and service agreements while specializing in TCPA and CAN-SPAM laws. Experience also includes roles as Special Counsel Fellow and Legal Fellow at the International Justice Mission, focusing on the rescue of child victims from online exploitation, and attorney positions at Ice Miller LLP, handling multi-million dollar disputes.
