Michael O'Connor

Michael O'Connor is an experienced government affairs and public policy professional currently serving as Principal at Bose Public Affairs Group since October 2024. Previously, O'Connor held the position of Vice President of Global Government Affairs at Inotiv, focusing on public policy and legislative development from January 2023 to October 2024. Prior to that role, O'Connor was the Associate Vice President of State Government Affairs at Eli Lilly and Company from June 2010 to December 2022, where efforts were directed towards corporate affairs and relationships with local and state officials. O'Connor's background also includes roles as Principal at Bose Public Affairs (2004-2010), Chief Deputy Mayor of Indianapolis (2000-2005), Deputy Associate Administrator at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (1997-1998), and Commissioner of the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (1993-1997). O'Connor holds a BA in Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington, earned between 1982 and 1986.
