Mike Kinsella

Mike Kinsella is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in hardware engineering and testing. Currently serving as the NPI Electronics Test Oversight Engineer at Bose Corporation since September 2019, Kinsella previously held the position of Principal HW Engineer at Empirix from February 2010 to September 2019, where responsibilities included managing COTS server-based hardware and overseeing new product introductions. Prior roles included Test Engineer positions at Motorola and Broadbus Technologies, where Kinsella established design for test (DFT) requirements and developed comprehensive assembly and test flows for video on demand servers. Kinsella also founded HTS, a full-service sign and graphics company, and accumulated experience at several firms including Teradyne, Gotham Networks, Genrad, Testware Associates, and Ciba-Geigy. An alumnus of Northeastern University, Kinsella holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
